At checkout choose your hotel, then 'My room' and type the room number. Or choose the lobby and the front desk holds it. The Eats Delivery Driver follows the hotel's rules on where they can go.
Card on file, tip later
Pay by card and no cash changes hands at the door. After the Eats Delivery Driver marks it delivered you get a thank-you email with a one-tap tip; all of it goes to the Eats Delivery Driver.
Food and soft drinks only
We don't sell or deliver alcohol, to a room or anywhere else. Food and non-alcoholic drinks, that's the whole menu.

Which hotels?
The Gunter Hotel, the Tunnel Hotel and Allegheny Trailhouse are partner lodging now, with more joining. The full list is at checkout and on the Where We Deliver page.
Can the front desk order for me?
Yes. Anyone can place an order on the site with your name and phone and choose your room.
Will you deliver to a rental that isn't listed?
Not until it partners with us. Rentals can apply on the Partners page; there's no commission, just a flat fee.
