What partners ask first
What does partnership cost?
A flat monthly fee, currently $100. That's the whole model. We never take a percentage of a kitchen's sales, so a busy Saturday costs a kitchen exactly what a slow Tuesday does.
Who can be a partner?
Two kinds. Kitchens inside 21532 that want to sell through us. And destinations: hotels, lodging, short-term rentals, taprooms, shops and offices inside 21532 that want food delivered to their guests. A destination that serves its own food is welcome if it's lodging; otherwise we focus on venues without a kitchen, because that's where we add the most.
Do you accept everyone?
No. We choose partners deliberately and we keep the list short enough that every Eats Delivery Driver knows every building. Apply, and a real person will call you.
How do kitchens get paid?
Every sale is logged to your kitchen. We pay out twice a month by check or transfer, with a statement listing every order. The money moves through one Stripe account so you never touch card processing.
What does a destination have to do?
Give us a simple floor plan (tables, rooms, a meet-point) and let our Eats Delivery Driver walk in. That's it. Your guests order from their phone, pick your venue, pick their table, and stay seated with their drink.
